FAQ’s

  • Can you tell me more about how the virtual game works?

There are two teams total and a team captain per team. Each mission is highly interactive and participatory, and some of them involve one or more people essentially starring in them. These are fast-paced, adrenaline-pumped games; but we get to know one another well through the shenanigans.

The team with the highest scores wins, but there are multiple awards/titles at the end, and they must get outside their comfort zones and are rewarded for overachievement! The games involve lots of fast thinking, collaboration, and creativity! For example, we often have a fashion, gratitude, and tasting mission, etc., etc. Lots of variety, and we are number three in the world in best sellers on Airbnb! Let us know how we can best serve you!

  • Can you join our platform for the meeting (Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Blue Jeans, etc.) and let us host you?

In most cases, we can. Just please be sure to reach out with a quick inquiry in advance of making the reservation.

Everyone gets plenty of the cohosts’ attention, hospitality, and recognition; and everyone goes away with priceless memories after having worked together to get outside their own unique comfort zones in the way they each deem fit, using their creative freedom for which the game allows.

  • Can our team stay on the meeting and socialize after the game is over or gather before it starts?

This is against our policy – so sorry! Also, we often have meetings scheduled back to back. Thank you for your understanding. Many of our groups arrange to hop onto their own links right afterward so that they can visit.

  • How do larger teams work?

We can host up to 100 guests at once. For groups totaling more than 50 guests, we would have about four or more teams, and each team would have one leader. We would complete about six or more missions involving plenty of creative thinking, shout outs for individuals, plenty of use of the chat feature, some screen captures, conversations sparked from objects guests bring back and use in new and fun ways, and specially designed challenges that are plenty participatory and interactive - even if someone hasn’t been selected to help others represent their team in a certain mission.

  • I’m a return guest and am wondering if the game will or can be different the second time.

Absolutely! Many of our returning clients enjoy our core game again but with a few new spins and twists. We can always change things completely as well. It really depends on what you want! Maybe as a past guest/alum, you’d like to experience your own advanced sequel! Just let us know well in advance of the game what you wish, and our team will do our best to accommodate you! There is a reason our frequent fliers keep coming back!

  • Tell me more about how the city hunts work.

The only materials you need to bring are a charged smart phone that can send/receive data and that has GPS/Internet access/camera, a charger, spending money only if you wish, a sense of adventure, and your creativity! Rain gear is encouraged, as our city hunts are rain or shine. You might wish to also bring optional items such as sunscreen, a hat, a water bottle, etc., depending on your needs and preferences. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.

  • It’s very hard to estimate how many will attend. What are my options?

We recommend that you make your best-estimated guess as to the total headcount when you are making the reservation. That said, you have up until 72 hrs. prior to the event to add guests. The price per head could fluctuate after making the initial booking, but I’ve never seen it change drastically. You can also remove guests if needed up until 72 hours before the experience.
